DocDue — Document Tracker
Last updated: February 2026
DocDue ("we", "our", or "the app") is a document and expiration date tracking application. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
DocDue stores all your data locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers. All documents, settings, and preferences remain exclusively on your phone.
The app stores the following data locally on your device: document titles, due dates, amounts, category assignments, recurrence settings, notes, payment history, attached photos/files, and your app preferences (language, currency, notification settings). None of this data leaves your device.
DocDue does not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or sign in. The app is fully functional without any personal information.
DocDue processes in-app purchases (PRO upgrade) directly through Apple App Store and Google Play Billing. No third-party payment service is used. Only standard transaction data required by Apple/Google is exchanged. No personal data, document data, or usage data is shared.
No analytics, advertising, or tracking services are used.
DocDue may request access to your camera and photo library to attach photos to documents and to scan documents using on-device text recognition (OCR). All image processing happens locally on your device. No photos are uploaded to any server.
DocDue may send local notifications to remind you about upcoming document expirations. These notifications are generated entirely on your device and do not involve any external servers.
DocDue offers optional biometric lock (Face ID / Touch ID / Fingerprint). Biometric data is handled entirely by your device's operating system. DocDue never accesses, stores, or transmits biometric data.
You can delete individual documents or all your data at any time from within the app. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all stored data. There is no server-side data to delete.
PRO users can export their data as backup files or Excel spreadsheets. These files are saved to your device and shared only if you choose to share them.
DocDue is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
